Currently a member of the ASCAP (American Society of Composer, Authors, and Publishers), MTNA (Music Teacher National Association), the American College of Musicians and National Guild of Piano Teachers, the National Honor Society of Pi Kappa Lambda, and AGO (American Guild of Organists) in USA. Mr. Lin serves as the Director of Music at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Norfolk, VA, adjunct teacher at Norfolk Academy, and teaches music and theory lessons at Norfolk Collegiate School, Saint Patrick Catholic School, and home studio.     Kai directing the Corpus Christi Choir He served as the Director of Music at Corpus Christi Church, Dayton, Ohio from 1997 to 2003. He taught piano and music lessons at Hauer Music and Shaw's Music Center in the Greater Dayton, Ohio area. Kai's piano students Kai was one of the major former piano accompanists, a lecturer of music theory at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and a piano teacher at the Children Music School in that conservatory with the Excellent Education Award. He received the Graduate Scholarship and Graduate Assistantships Awards from both Ohio University School of Music and University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music, working as a piano accompanist, teaching courses of Music Theory, Ear-Training/Sight-Singing, and completing his graduate studies in the master and doctoral programs with national honor. Mr. Lin is also an accomplished conductor, composer, and arranger. Some of his music compositions and CDs are published, and warmly received by both audience and critics in China and USA.
